play the third , second and first in bracket B respectively.  The final games
on Monday are based on place in brackets.  For brackets A only the in bracket
games are used for placement but for brackets B the cross-bracket games
are included.  The second and third place teams in A and B play in Final 22 and
Final 33 respectively.  The first place teams play in the championship.
