I agree that my team, assistant coaches, parents, and I, as their head coach, shall abide by and be governed by the current DCSL Disciplinary Policy, DCSL Coaches Handbook, DCSL By-Laws, NMYSA Zero Tolerance Policy, USSF Policy 531-9 (March 2025) and by the decisions made by the DCSL Board of Directors.

For U-9 and U-10 teams only - I agree that if my team does not provide either a licensed referee or a certified Game Manager for all my scheduled home games, my team, may not be scheduled for games the following season until a team referee if approved by DCSL.

For U-11 and older teams - I agree that if my team does not provide a licensed referee, to referee or to assist in refereeing, at least five, DCSL Metro Scheduled Soccer games for each season that my team is scheduled to play in, that my, team, will be not scheduled for games the following season until any missing games have been completed and that, as their head coach, I may be suspended from coaching in the DCSL Metro Schedule the following season. Exception - Out of Town Teams (Durango, Clovis, Las Cruces and Amarillo).
