Before the game Vamos coach requested a guest player be double checked for his ID. Player had to wait for approval from Bill Nordine, played 2nd half. Could tell coaches had history.

Tight game with Vamos playing a year up, therefore smaller. There were several flop no calls on both sides. Started calling a little tighter second half due to hearing both coaches saying to increase the physicality since nothing will get called. Pulled captains and warned them against that and Cautions would follow. Play remains at an acceptable level. When a Vamos player got tangled up and had a cleat mark where a proper sized shin guard would have prevented it. Vamos Coach elected to call the game at that point with 10 minutes left. Score 3 Northern, 2 Vamos.

After game was forfeited one of the parents for Northern (Tall week tanned gentleman, salt and pepper receding hair). Dropped a couple S-bombs. Immediately instructed that there was no profanity on my pitch. Got some push back but stopped it immediately.
