Nice job on Saturday. Continue to work on eye contact with the referee and finding your offside line. As we discussed, stepping back from the line with help you position yourself perpendicular with the field. I'm impressed by the confidence that you are already showing as an AR.

Marley has great confidence and is excited to be officiating with her father. She is very courteous and open to feedback. She didn't do anything that gave me concern. I feel that I didn't get to see her enough and coupled with her apparent younger age is why I recommend her for another mentor match.
