Comments for the Mentee
I would like to see Thomas continue to work on his eye contact and making necessary signals so that both he and center are on the same page. I would like to see Thomas work on getting down toward the goal line on through balls and be in better position to make crucial calls. Improvement was quick as Thomas readily accepted suggestions and worked hard to put those into practice. I would like to see Thomas receive another mentoring session, but I doubt any more thereafter will necessary.

Comments for the Assignor
In a game in which he was on my line, Thomas got confused on the proper way to signal a goal, raising his flag first, then making his run up touch line. That was discussed and he understood what he needs to do. All in all, a solid debut. A few things to work on, but Thomas had a great attitude. He asked questions and listened to the answers. he was able to quickly implement suggestions that were made and was eager to learn.
