Made decent eye contact and kept his head on a swivel. He utilized his ARs to make appropriate and correct line decisions at the touch and goal lines.

Tom wore black pants, but given the weather conditions, I think this was fine. It did not impact his professionalism or ability to referee this match to any noticeable ability.
Comments for the Mentee
Remember the 5 swim lanes we discussed - if you're in that central lane, you need to be moving at all times. This movement doesn't have to be FAST, but it needs to be constant. Try and utilize the lanes next to that central lane to overtake play or let play overtake you in the transition to the attacking third.

This game wasn't challenging to him on a management level. I'd like to see him do this same age but with Boys. I'm not sure how strained his fitness is, but the game was one-sided to an extent so it was hard to assess that.
