Eric - Nice job on Saturday. Keep working on your carry hand for the flag. It should generally be in your left hand (except when moving up field) so it is facing the referee. You were generally doing this but on runs towards the goal on your side, the flag would be in your right hand. Good job keeping and helping the referee with backup time when he had a watch issue.

I didn't feel like I had adequate time to see Eric. I believe he mentioned that he is a coach. Pending input from other mentors, I would otherwise like to see him on another mentor game again.
