Excellent job talking to players, and helping them play though contact. We talked about using the phrase “get up” when other words like “nothing there” or “ no foul” would communicate the same thing, without potentially asking an injured player to get up off the ground (which could get misconstrued as a lack of concern for player safety).
Fantastic refereeing - 10th minute of the game, #7 red, already had a pushing foul you called about 3 minutes earlier. Committed another similar foul, and you stopped the play, called player over and had a word. #7 had no more incidents the rest of the game. Excellent preventive refereeing.

Overall, signals were crisp and professional. As a general rule, avoid giving double signals. For example, a couple times you were pointing direction with one hand, and then pointing to the spot of where you wanted the kick taken with the other. Signal one thing at a time.

I got to watch you for nearly 2 full matches. Solid performance on both. The 1st match was definitely more difficult. We discussed the situation from the first match, where the player stepped over the defender on the ground, and just being aware and anticipate problems if teammates of the defender take offense and deem that disrespectful (which is far more likely with older players).
