Leah did well staying up with play and remaining in-line with the OS line during attacking runs. She remembered to make her run back down the line for goal scored situations. I reminded her in these situations that she should hold the flag in the right hand (the side closest to the referee) as opposed to left.

Keep working to get better as AR. You observed you had improved from the prior weeks where I was your mentor. Stay committed to learning and improving.
The areas I'm hoping you can get better at is remembering to make runs (or continue your run) to the goal line for balls going over, or toward, the goal line when kicked.
The other area is making more eye contact with the Referee, both at ball-out-of-play stoppage, and when feasible during dynamic play.

She seemed to do better than the prior weeks. At times her focus on the situation and her position when signaling was still off. I'm recommending that she can AR without mentoring -- she has the knowledge now it's time for her to work on the finer points by doing the job.
