Comments for the Mentee
Milas did an excellent job. During the break we talked about the "team" and that AR's are there to support him and provide information. I explained that at the start we share our expectations and if at half time we are not communicating well that he should provide that feedback to an AR and ask for the assistance he needs. We are all there to make the game the best it can be for the kids.

AR 1 Evan Gutierrez: Showed up late not sure where he came from. Disconnected attitude, watch the game behind us. Incorrect uniform. Hardly ever in the correct position for the offside or corner kick. Not paying attention to sub's. Not following the ball to be able to call the goal line. At half when I was providing feedback to the team I let him know he was way out of position. I asked if he wanted some help and he stated "no he didn't need it. He has been doing it for 4 years and knew what he was doing"
