I like that Everett came prepared with questions on situations. That's a smart move because it shows interest in gaining knowledge. He listened to the answers and was prepared to use it. He moved well up and down the line and showed proper mechanics when signaling. I'd like Everett to continue to work on eye contact with the center. It's always a good habit to get into and will serve well in his progression.

Comments for the Assignor
Inquisitive in a positive manner, for instance what to do if GK stepped out of area on a punt or GK stepped off line on PK. Shows he was thinking about things. Absorbed what was explained to him and immediately applied. Had a solid grounding in what he needed to do. Like all new refs, grasping the idea of following the ball to the goal line was difficult, but he was working on it. Enthusiastic and willing to learn. A nice debut. High ceiling here, although I would like to see him mentored again just because of his inexperience.
