You were good at moving up and down the field and keeping up with play. However, you tended to stay in the middle of the field. Remember as referee you should be using the full width of the field, particularly in the areas where your ARs are further away. Try experimenting with positioning yourself closer to the touchlines and seeing how your angles and field of vision change as you enter different areas of the field.

Your communication with ARs was good, especially as pertains to subs. However you missed some offsides flags, so remember to always look to your ARs for every forward pass in the attacking half of the field, even if you think you are sure there is no offside offence.

Keep up the great work! Remember you are the referee and in control. As you ref more games, your confidence will grow. Work on being in command from the moment you arrive at the field, and work to get the game started as quickly as possible, if there is a quick turnover time between games. Your in match control was good, but try to work on the off the field interactions before the game begins, such as during check in and ensuring the teams are ready to go at game time.
