It was clear Jonathan new where to be positioned and the angles needed to see clearly, however we discussed the need to see and get to your place early and be within 15-20.

Jonathan appeared to be making a conscious effort to build rapport with players. Jonathan easily negotiated a request from a team coach to end early and was a appropriate intermediary between coaches.
