Molly had good movement up and down the line, keeping in line with the last defender. Shuffle side to side more when close offside calls are needed. This will come woth experience. Follow the ball all the way down to the goal line when necessary. Don't stop short.

Molly applies good decision making on most soccer situations. Remember that being involved in play on a offside offense does not always constitute a touch on the ball. Always be knowledgeable of where the keeper is in correlation to the offside opponent. Don't be afraid to signal for fouls. You have great confidence and you should feel confident signaling fouls in your area.

Molly was positive and engaged in all discussions we had as a team. Listened and acknowledged advice even when it was not directed at her.

Molly had good sharp signals with her flag and had good eye contact with the center referee to make sure they didn't cross signals on bang bang plays. Had an excellent call on a shot that went into the goal and deflected out. Remember to get center referees attention with a straight up flag first and then movement up the line to signal goal.
