Very good improvement from first rotation to second rotation. This was a faster game than small-sided youth games. Work on your urgency on getting to and maintaining your position with the offside line. Also work on urgency on getting to the goal line. Try to show all of your goal kick and corner kick signals within one yard of the corner flag.

Good discussion and demeanor with your fellow officials before the match and during half-time. During the game, before you show any indication with your flag for decisions that involve restarting after the ball has gone out of play, ALWAYS make eye contact with the center referee and confirm the restart direction. This will help avoid making conflicting signals between the referee and the assistant referee.

I think Chris is good to AR. This particular game was still a little fast for him in terms of following the offside line and urgency in getting to the goal line. Faster paced youth games will be a challenge him.
