Joaquin needs to a do much better job of focusing on the task. He appeared to be paying attention but he just could not grasp the proper mechanics, proper movements or signal accurately.

Joaquin needs A LOT of work. It truly looked like he did not have a clue what he was doing. Repeated efforts to guide him were either ignored or not understood, not really sure which. In all honesty, I think he needs to take the officials course again.
