He needs to hold his offside signal. An offside offense happened, he raised his flag and then second guessed himself so he put it down and continued his run. The ref didn't see his flag up. A goal was scored. This happened a second time. I stopped the game and alerted the referee and we corrected the call. I told Paul to hold his flag up until the referee sees it. He also needs to point if it is near, middle, or far side.
