Offside did not occur during this game but he had some serious issues in the previous game that were unresolved so I would say he still needs improvement with offside mechanics and offside recognition.

on occasion when he would get it wrong and the referee would correct him, we didn't change direction, he would just put his flag down. Needs to mirror center more.

Paul needs some some more mentor games.. He dies have a basic understanding of the game being a parent of a player for decades, but still needs help applying the laws of the game. He is really coachable. Every half he got better and took my notes and applied them.
