You have a high level of playing experience, and that could serve you quite well as a referee. However, as we discussed when we were sitting on the bench together, we need you to be the type of referee that you expect to have when you are playing... as you put it, someone who is "in the right position and makes the right calls". That doesn't happen by accident. Officiating is hard work.

Comments for the Assignor
Kane had a very low work rate. Wouldn't keep up with play that was much slower than he was capable of. I decided to pull him off the field early to talk with him on the bench about his lack of hustle. He plays on an ECNL team, so no reason he shouldn't have been running circles around the players, but he wouldn't. I tried to fix his signals on several occasions over the course of both games, but they never actually got fixed.
