I'd like to see Axton pay more attention to detail on the proper mechanics: following the ball to the end. This is important for GK and CK and critical when the ball is near the goal mouth. Also switching flag hands properly when moving along the sideline. The soccer knowledge is obviously there. Now needs to combine that with proper mechanics and more confidence. I think additionally mentoring will help bring these areas into better focus.

The potential is there to do well, but Axton needs to focus more. Consistently carried the flag in the wrong hand so that needs to be worked on. Needs to show more confidence when raising flag and using more eye contact with C before doing so on throws, etc. He has obvious knowledge of the game and that should translate as he gains experience.
