Charlie has an obvious desire to improve and has a good attitude. That being said, I want to see him work on making better eye contact with the C and slowing the flag down. Also tends to put flag straight up for for an obvious out of bounds throw rather than giving signal, but he working hard to fix that. Needs to work on following ball down to the goal line to be in proper position to make GK and CK calls.

I would like to see Charlie get another week of mentoring. He has potential and I feel that he can do the job well with a bit more guidance. Priorities are making eye contact with C and following ball to goal line to make GK and CK calls.
