Comments for the Mentee
Good attitude and effort. Seems to genuinely want to improve and quickly advance after doing U10 Cs. I see this being absolutely a possibility. But, Mike needs to learn to slow down his flag and make eye contact with C. This is a good habit to have whether as an AR or as a C. This helps prevent crossed signals, which happened more than once. Strong potential for advancement. I would like to see him work with a veteran C for additional feedback.

Mike moved well and understands the basics of being an AR. He has a good attitude and is willing to learn and wants to improve. I want to him to continue to make the effort to get down to the end line for GK and CK calls. Needs to work on switching flags hands, and most importantly, slowing down his flag to make eye contact with the C so there are no mixed signals. He was used to doing U10 Cs so needs to break some habits there. I would like to see him work with a veteran C for additional feedback.
