Comments for the Mentee
Very fit and moves well. Very good attitude and takes feedback well. I think the biggest issue is familiarity with soccer and gaining experience in AR duties. There appeared to be occasional confusion when it came to GK/CK calls, but I saw definite improvement through the course of two games and I believe that will continue with additionally guidance. Needs to slow flag down, keep better eye contact with C and signal together more. I think Jason would benefit from another mentoring session, but the fixes should be fairly rapid.

Jason is quite fit and moves well. He's got the flag switching down. But, he sometimes seemed confused in making CK/GK signals and could use more experience in this area. Needs to slow down flag to make eye contact with C. Accepts and absorbs information well and tries to implement suggestions.
