Chad did a nice job and clearly understands role of the AR. Making eye contact for all the ARs was tough as the C consistently failed to acknowledge them. This made an issue of getting subs in for all ARs.

Chad did a nice job and clearly understands role of the AR. Making eye contact for all the ARs was tough as the C consistently failed to acknowledge them. This made an issue of getting subs in for all ARs. Still, this is something I would like to see improved. But Chad should be able to move quickly up the ladder in terms of responsibility.
