I believe Ahmad can quickly overcome the issues with mechanics and referee knowledge. He was making incremental progress as the games progressed. He knows the game, is exuberant and wants to learn and improve. It should be noted that he did not take the class so he was essentially starting from scratch. He just needs more guidance and to gain experience. Learning to watch the game as a ref instead of a player will help tremendously.
