I do not feel comfortable sending Joaquin out to officiate at this point. It wold just be setting him up for trouble and making things difficult for the rest of the crew.

This is my second time mentoring Joaquin and I feel like he came away with nothing from the first time, which did not go well. I'm not sure what the problem is, but he just doesn't seem the bare-minimum, basic requirements of being an AR. It's my recommendation that Joaquin go through the class again.
