I think Reese picked up a couple of poor habits that can be easily fixed. He is extremely fit, knows the game very well and will be an excellent AR with just a little smoothing out. I want him to be more consistent in making eye contact and holding the flag a beat longer to ensure proper calls. He also needs to continue to work on switching flag hands. But he is receptive and willing to work to get better. he quickly adjusted to suggestions. I think Reese can be a strong AR and should be considered for the middle after taking the centering course, if that's something he desires.
