I like it that Drew was willing to take on a challenge and he did well by moving to a non-mentored game. I felt confident that he wold be able to handle it fine. I think his potential is solid and he is ready for additional challenges moving forward.

This is the second time I mentored Drew and in the early going, when an AR was needed at another field, I asked him to do it and he jumped right in and performed well. Shows good, strong characteristics and should be able to move up accordingly.
