Joel has plenty of potential, just needs to clean up a few holes in his performance. Made solid offside call that was quite close. Moves well, but tends to not get all the way to the goal line. Tends to drift out on to the field rather than staying outside the touch line. He can work on posture by squaring shoulders to the field more, sidestepping and keeping a strong, erect postur
