Natalie had a nice debut with a lot of potential. She has a positive attitude and takes direction well. I would like her to be a little more assertive and confident with her flag. And, she has the fitness level to easily reach the goal line for GK and CK, but she does not do it consistently. She understands the basics and will grow quickly with more experience. I'd like to see her get a bit more mentoring, whether that be formal or from an experienced C, I think it will help tremendously.
