Eric spoke to player when needed.
One key area for Eric to improve on is more consistently checking of Officials Area for waiting substitution. There were several times in this game where those opportunity where missed. I suggested to Eric that he build the habit of routinely looking at AR1 or back the Officials Area each time the ball goes out of play.

Eric's decisions for TI, GK and CK appeared accurate throughout the match.
At halftime I suggested to Eric that he raise his arm higher when signaling corner kicks. My advice was his arm should be closer to 45 degrees above the horizon. He made that adjustment in the 2nd half.
After the match I suggested that he not show his goal kick signal with his arm above horizontal, and to slightly lower it instead, so as to give a clear visual distinction from his CK signal.
Eric had an accurate PK call in the first half. My comment to him at halftime was to use a stronger whistle to sell the call.
I suggested that when an offside offense occurred and Eric whistled to stop play, that he immediately show the arm up (IFK) signal to sell the call. I further suggested that once the ball is placed, he can lower his arm, move to the expected drop zone and re-raise his arm for the restart. I observed two occasions of offside and restart resulting from same, where Eric had forgot to show the IFK signal.
I suggested to Eric that he show direction of free kicks resulting from fouls quicker -- like within 2 seconds. And avoid waiting 5 or more seconds to show direction. Doing this will improve his game control in more contentious matches.

Eric did pretty well for the game I watched. His big areas of improvement is with the mechanics of signaling OS, FK and CK, With that, and consistently catching waiting substitutions, I expect he'll improve at Referee in future games.
