31' - Play was stopped with the ball inside the penalty area. Play was restarted with a drop ball to the attacking team within the penalty area. Discussed that the LOTG require the ball to be dropped to the goalkeeper if the ball is in the penalty area when play is stopped in these instances. Other than this, referee called fouls and talked to players thereby maintaining control of the match.

This match was scheduled to kickoff at 9:00 am. The referee did not arrive until 9:02. Luckily, the ARs took control of pre-game duties allowing the game to start at 9:06 once the referee arrived. The late start affected the timing of games on the field throughout the day making it difficult to keep the subsequent games on time. Recommending for further CRs based on Jon's experience. He frustrates me because he could be a very good referee, but needs to improve his cold weather uniform, improve work rate, and improve timeliness (regularly starting games late is not acceptable)
