Not paying attention to AR's especially AR1 calling for subs. This created an issue on the sideline with the coach that Dominic had to handle. The coach was irritated that his lack of scanning the field was limiting the subs on the sideline. Coaches were subbing without permission and the subs were not being controlled.

Officials team: It was obvious that there was no communication for substitution procedures and the need to control the subs leaving and entering. Needs to improve on eye contact, acknowledging the AR's. Needs to work on the conversations at the beginning of the game and setting expectations.
Teams: it is obvious that he needs to work on checking in the teams equipment. As stated earlier i had to ask a player to remove her earrings. The importance of equipment needs to be communicated to him.

Needs to learn how to utilize his whistle as a tool. It is hard to hear and hesitant. being more vocal on the field would add value at the younger ages as they are learning as well.

1) while providing feedback to the team at half he was playing with the ball and disinterested in what was being said
2) I arrived after check-in and asked him if he had covered equipment including jewelry. He stated he had however I had to ask a Rio Rapids player to remove earring at halftime.
3) Rapids coach was losing patience with crew and it lead to Dominic feeling uncomfortable and threatened. It was loud enough that Malachi should have come to the side and assisted in the situation. I was there and I was watching. Dominic did not indicated he was feeling uncomfortable until after the game.
4) Started the game before subs were done creating confusion on the sideline and creating issues for his AR1
