Jaymz is earnest and wants to improve. He asked questions and took feedback well. He needs to work on directions of call, particularly CK and GK. He realizes that and was working on improving, which was noticeable in the second half. Jaymz is not ready yet, but I do believe he has what it takes to get there with more seasoning.
