Diego had to be reminded to follow the diagonal, as well as getting deeper/closer to play and wider for a better perspective. He is fit and can move well, but he needs to use that to his advantage to be in proper position.

Good understanding of the laws and a solid foul bar. He did miss a golden opportunity to hand out a caution for delaying restart after a foul, but we discussed it as a group and everybody got the message that this was unacceptable.

Nothing particularly wrong, but he would benefit from being more during play not only to help the players, but also to be proactive in preventing issues. This will be a big benefit as he moves to more challenging assignments.

Diego has tremendous potential and is an official that can improve quickly if he is willing to put in the effort. When reminded about his movement, he was able to incorporate that on the field, but later had to be reminded again. So he's doing too much standing around instead of moving with purpose. Has strong knowledge of the game and has a decent foul bar.
