Ryan tends to drift a bit from the second to last defender. He moves well up and down the line and was working on sidestepping, although that remains a work in progress. But I like that he was making the effort.

Ryan has made progress and is working hard to be a viable AR. He is still working on maintaining his focus on the field, shoulders square, etc., but he is making the effort. His eye contact was vastly improved and has slowed down his signalling to coincide with C. If continues to work at improving like he has, be should be ready to go soon.
