For the most part all signals were crisp. As discussed, on a few instances your throw-in signal was made with a bent elbow, which can appear as indecisive. Work to make all of your signals with a straight arm.

Proper uniform helped build your credibility. As discussed, avoid wearing items (in this case earrings), other than required referee equipment, that we would not allow players to wear.
Comments for the Mentee
Nice job during this match, particularly on your positioning often letting you look into the challenges from the side. There was confusion as to the half lengths as the first half was ending. Be sure to always read the "rules of local competition" - or, in this case, the tournament rules. They describe changes effecting substitutions, jersey colors, half lengths, and other details. Also, nice job handling the parent that came on the field in the 12'. The parent was not confrontational and was helping their player tie her shoe. No need to intervene at this age level and you properly let the parent tie the shoe near their touchline and then restarted play. Also, nice job regularly checking for waiting substitutes reducing the instances when the coaches had to yell out for substitutions. Thank you for being a referee.

I thought Rebekah did very well in this game. Realizing its age level, she showed good fitness and positioning throughout the match. It was mentioned that she can appear timid at times, but I did not see that during this match. I would like to see her on a higher-level game than this u10 match. She is good to referee matches at this level.
