Overall, used good judgement given the age group of this match. One instance AR signaled for throw-in but Referee disregarded AR’s observation and allowed play to continue.
One handling offense was not called. Referee acknowledged the mistake in post-game, and recognized what the proper action should have been.

Hand signals were generally accurate, but need to be executed more confidently. (Arm position for indicating throw-ins was held a bit low.)
Referee used whistle to indicate goals scored, rather than physical signal. This was easily corrected at half time.
