Above all else, Alea needs to calm down and move her head on a swivel to follow second-to-last defender and the ball. She understands the game and moves well, but not necessarily with purpose. She needs to make more eye contact with C. I very much liked how she, without being told, mirrored AR1 from the other side of the field when subs were up.
Continue building good habits: making consistent eye contact with C, switching flag hands, get the subs in, staying with second-to-last defender, following the ball to the goal line, holding flag still at side while running, etc.
