I observed Zoe for only one match; actually, one half and about 10 minutes into the second half due to the mercy rule. Zoe had the proper shirt and badge and shoes but wore sweatpants so I didn’t observe her socks. She had a great attitude and was very excited to be there. She even mirrored substitution signal from AR2 position. She had the active end of the match (six or seven goals) in the first half and was able to demonstrate good GK/CK decisions and signals and offside focus/decisions/signals. She had a great attitude and fully participated in the half-time discussion. She hustles and is fast down the touchline. We did discuss keeping the flag “referee-side” and she understood. Even though her observation time was limited, I think she’ll be OK.
