I observed Devon for only one match. His uniform left a lot to be desired. He wore white/red socks and whitish shoes. He stated his full kit had not yet arrived. He did have the proper shirt and badge. He was also on another field prior to my match with him. His awareness of his overall duties was good. He has a good focus on the offside line and can move up and down the field quite well. He is fully aware of which hand to keep his flag in when moving up and down the touchline. He was fully engaged in all discussions and showed good confidence at the end of the day. He has good mechanics and should do alright going forward.
