Whew, Avery runs a lot. Way too much. She approached it as a soccer player rather than a ref. So, trying to get her to not ball watch, have head on a swivel and move with purpose. There was improvement from first half to second half so she's obviously coachable and desires to improve.

Avery's potential is high, with a strong soccer IQ. But she's too busy on the line, too much movement. I want her to calm down and make proper decisions. I want her top move with purpose, which will help her be in better positions to make calls. She only had one mentor game and can definitely use more guidance. Not sure how she would react to an offside situation, but confident she understands the concept.
Continue to work on the basics and mechanics: crisp and smooth movements, signal for the subs (every time), get down to the end line to make CK and GK calls, switch flag hands, make eye contact with C, etc.
