Caitlyn missed her one offside opportunity and incorrectly called an offside that wasn't. So work needs to be done in this area, but I have no qualms about Caitlyn getting it with more experience, but it's definitely a red flag at the moment.

As the daughter of a coach/ref Caitlyn has ingrained soccer knowledge that will be invaluable as a ref. She has a few minor mechanical issues that could be cleaned up fairly easily. And the big thing is getting the hang of offside. She's in the proper position to make the calls and I know she knows what offside is, she just needs to put the two together. Continue to work on the basics and mechanics: crisp and smooth movements, signal for the subs (every time), get down to the end line to make CK and GK calls, switch flag hands, make eye contact with C, etc.
