Julio needs to continue to work on recognizing offside as it is happening and making the correct call on the field. The improvement was noticeable and it's clear that the desire to improve is real, so I feel he can make that next step. Continue to work on mechanics -- especially the correct goal run, getting all the way to the corners for CKs and GKs, making more eye contact consistently, correct flag hands and sideline posture. Stay engaged with C and AR.

Comments for the Assignor
There was a correct offside call and two that were missed in his final (third) game. But he did understand that he might have missed those calls, so there is a definite recognition improvement from his first game to his last. In his own self-evaluation, he sometimes loses focus, but it's something he recognizes and is working to improve. That said, I would feel better about passing him on if he had a better than 33% success rate on the field. I think a new set of eyes on him and someone new to talk to might help.
