Xavier moved too much on the line, drifting away from the second to last defender too frequently, then being forced to sprint to catch up. The good news is he was able to make the runs to catch up and he does seem to understand offside, although he did not get the chance to show it. Mechanics need to be honed, but I think working with experienced Cs will help with that.
Continue to work on the basics and mechanics: crisp, smooth confident movements, signal for the subs (every time), get down to the end line to make CK and GK calls, switch flag hands, make eye contact with C, etc.
