Uniform/Appearance comments
Professional appearance. We spoke about body language and the need to appear engaged and active in the game. We spoke about the need to hydrate and bring snacks to keep the energy level up during the day. The heat can take its toll before you are aware you are having an issue.
Comments for the Mentee
Hi Julio, Your understanding of offside grew with the two games we worked with you. Your confidence also became more obvious in the second game especially when you made your calls on the offside. We also discussed body posture and ensuring that you appear engaged on the sideline. It is easy to get sidetracked when play isn't near you. Perception is everything. Like we talked about, if you have a free period to watch Field 7 and 8 ARs and center to see differences in calls.

As I discussed with you I would like you to do 1 more mentor to continue doing what Molly and I worked with you with. I would also down load the Rules of the game ap so you have them to reference to improve your understanding of offside specifically and then understanding the rules in general. We are here if you need help.
Mentor's Recommendation
Mentee needs to another AR mentor game
Comments for the Assignor
I would suggest one more mentor for him he improved significantly. I think receiving feedback at half and at the end if to much for him to take in all at once. Jeremy observed as his center that he is processing the game in his head but takes a bit to make the call. We think this is his processing to ensure he is correct. This will improve in time. He needs feedback more frequently. I think this is why running the line really worked with him real time feedback and adjustments.
