There were times during the game where the referee did good by knowing a whistle needed to be blown, however he was not able to show why, or which team should restart with the ball.

The referee was low energy, sluggish, and did not bring a presence onto the field that players respect. However, he did interact with them throughout the game through words, and on substitutions he was able to clearly communicate what he needed.

In the future, please work on the following:
1. Look professional and tuck in your shirt
2. Do not turn your back to the ball on goal kicks, corner kicks, or punts. Don't turn your back ever!
3. Carry yourself with confidence! Make your signs sharp, straight, and your posture tall.
4. You second guess yourself a lot! If you see a foul but your not sure, it is always better to call it in order to maintain the safety of the players.
5. Make sure to fuel yourself before games, no food = poor performance, no water = even poorer performance
6. Show up on time, being late to any game is not acceptable unless it is an absolute emergency or you played a game before

This referee had a bad game. He did not look like he cared about what he was doing, he did not show professionalism, and he looked very sluggish. In later games, the referee showed a little more energy, but his decision making needs a lot of work.
