Overall, your communication with the team was good. We discussed about what to do with an injury when you need to bring a coach on the field to check on their player. Never a good idea to hang out there with the injured player to make yourself an easy target for the coach to question/complain. Bring the coach on, then move away so that the coach has to go out of their way to engage you. Be aware of the 2nd coach coming on the field, who only appeared interested in talking to you and not helping the injured player. When dealing with an injury situation, that is not the time for the coach to 1) speak to you; 2) coach their players. If either of those are happening, redirect the coach(s)' attention to their injured player.

Signals were mostly good... we discussed the unusual signal after the goal (pointing towards the goal). That signal could easily be confused with something else you may want from the play (goal kick, spot for an offside, etc.) Instead, point to the center spot to indicate "kick off".
Also, practice with that whistle... that has to get much much louder. Practice expressing your emotions with that whistle... How will players know you didn't like that foul? How will they know you didn't think that tackle was a big deal?
