Comment on offside signaling
Nice job - You correctly identified and signaled offside in both the first and second halves of the match. We also discussed that you tended to cross your wrists and hold the flag in front of your body with both hands. This can be very distracting to a center referee in faster games who is sensing that you're getting ready to raise the flag. Work on carrying the flag straight down in your left hand. Hold it similarly in the right hand when coming back up field (we discussed telling yourself "ref side, field side" to help remember this).

Work on slowing down and then making eye contact with the center referee before making your throw-in signal. You and the referee should be in agreement on direction before signaling publicly. Also, we discussed raising your throw-in signal higher. You tended to hold the flag out at about 90 degrees. Work to raise it to 30 to 45 degrees.
