Great improvement in positioning and confidence. Spoke today about involvement in addition to being offside. Remember a player can be in offside position all day long. Unless they become involved in the play don't call it. Please download IFAB ap for the Laws of the Game. You can get a hardcopy of the laws from USSF if that is easier for you. Read Law 11 offside to completely understand the law more in depth. You have a good high level understanding now you need to to understand the small things we talked about.

As we discussed step back about a foot from the line. This allows you to see the line from your peripheral (corner of your eye) vison. It is easier to see the line when you back up.

Hi Julio. You did a great job today. I like your excitement. As the day progresses with the heat ensure you are staying hydrated and remember your body posture. It gets hard by game 5 but it is important. Again downloading the Laws of the game will allow you to reference the laws when you have questions. Great job understanding how your center wants his/her substitutions handled. Also great eye contact during the game with the calls.

Hi Julio has made great strides in one week. He is very positive and willing to correct and make changes. He also asks a lot of questions when needed. I think he just needed another approach. He stated this morning that he was grateful how Molly and I ran the line with him last week. It really helped him understand position and the decision making process. He was excited all day.
